  Received in 24 hours. Phone was as described, in pristine condition. Very well packaged and protected. Was slightly disappointed that as part of the refurb an LCD screen was installed instead of OLED. However appreciate this is not unusual for a refurb and would expect to pay a lot more for a genuine screen. The third party screen appears to be of decent quality. I think it’s still great value and would definitely recommend this seller.

  Item wasn't "Pristine" condition as stated due to quite obvious scratch on screen. Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. Otherwise fine and good customer service, quick delivery and well packaged item to be fair to them!! Would still recommend.

  After a complete non- starter with a different company, who sent the incorrect phone in terrible condition, I was sceptical about ordering another phone, second hand. I needn’t have been worried, this business have been excellent. The correct phone, in reasonable condition. Battery life is good, representing great value. Very fast next day delivery and excellent communication. If you’re thinking of buying with this business, you should ☺️

  The item works fine, but had not been factory reset, making it more tricky to access as the account was password protected. Would have been better for the seller to factory reset the machine before sending. Emailed the company, and they didn't offer to help, just offered to refund, which wasn't helpful. Arrived on time, and was good value. Only a minor problem so still gave five stars.
