  Item arrived with red dye on the scarf in all the white heart sections that was not described. Upon contacting seller they were very defensive and told me I should have asked more questions. Sellers should always describe their items and if a mistake is made at least be kind and understand. This seller was not kind.

  In my very first exchange with this buyer I offered my apologies and offered a partial or full refund. She opted for the full refund which I accepted immediately. The item was listed below market value in “used” condition. This is my first and only negative feedback on ebay.
