  Because of the flu, I missed out on bidding on this bag when it was first listed. I contacted the seller a few days later and asked if they would be open to a buy it now sale, and made an offer. She agreed and relisted it so I could make the purchase. The bag was carefully packed and shipped promptly. The bag was even better than as described—I’d never seen this style from Roots before and the white leather was even more well-maintained than the pictures showed. Great price on everything!

  All aspects of sale were great, A+++. Item was as described and better than expected. Packaging was not ideal and crushed item, but was waterproof, so all good after a bit of steam. Shipped quickly. Excellent value.
