  The Seller Steve offers a great product "Johnson Window film". He Communicated with me very well in regard to the shipping delays via USPS and assured me the package would be there or he would guarantee it. It showed up 4 days late but I blame USPS they are the worst. I know the USPS offers affordable shipping rates however I'd pay more for UPS or FedEx that has a better reputation getting packages delivered quicker and have better package tracking. Thanks again Steve .

  Great seller. Very attentive and responsive throughout the process. USPS had a delay, and tracking didn’t update until the item arrived 3 weeks later. Despite that, the seller went above and beyond—refunded the order due to the inconvenience and still sent it, along with an extra roll of tint. The tint was outlined to the exact size of the vehicle, making installation easier, though it wasn’t pre-cut. Still, very satisfied.

  Order was turned over to USPS quickly but was slow moving through their systems. Not the sellers fault. I had a couple questions after being shipped and I have to say I have done quiet a bit of ordering from through over the years and this seller was the most prompt at replying than any other one I have felt with.   I’m so great service had ordered one first and first one it came and bent had reached out to seller. If they could send another one he sent it free of charge and made sure to secure the second shipment with a plastic tube.
