  Not only I was happy to pay the price (due to the dye mark on the arms), they were quick to inform me that it got a mite tear that wasn’t mentioned in the original description and offer a discount or refund upon finding out. I am still happy to pay the original price because they did try their best to make sure to offer resolution before even sending it (normally it’s the opposite).

  The cords where delivered promptly this evening 18/09/2025 by the courier Evri but the package had been cut open, luckily the cords where inside the package as described but you can only imagine what someone had tried to do I am afraid to say! Evri not the best courier probably one of the worst especially if you receive the package it the state I did. I have photos if you wish to see torn package.
