  I ordered 2 of these watches, one for me and one for my wife. They arrived as described, but one of they didn't work properly and the seller was very quick about resolving the issue with the bad one. Great seller to deal with and buy from. I rate this seller A+

  I highly recommend that you do NOT buy from this seller. I ordered a jeweler's loupe which arrived completely destroyed due to the seller not using ANY protective packaging, for something made of GLASS. I did get a refund, but I actually asked for a replacement, which was NOT sent. The seller did NOT respond to my replacement request, or to ANYTHING I said. All they would have had to do was use bubble wrap. NOPE. See the photos to get an idea of the carelessness of this seller.
