  I rated the seller experience "Positive" only because it ended up that way. I ordered a package of 25 M7-1.0 nuts but received 25 M6-1.25 nuts -- packed in the M7 package. Simple error by whoever packaged the nuts. I asked to return the wrong size nuts and for the seller to send me the correct size nuts. No reply but they did eventually give me a label and I returned the nuts. I found correct size nuts (nyloc even) on the site ending in "zon" for less.

  The item is exactly like described high quality the price was great shipping even better very fast item was packaged properly. And properly packaged items is a must for me because the way they are handled during shipping and certain items get destroyed. I highly recommend this company excellent purchase. Thank you

  Product got to my house a couple of days early. Seller had the item shipped with in 24 hours and was exactly as described.

  No communication, waited 6 days after order and payment received before order was filled out, did not respond to my timely emails after letting them know the wrong item was being filled and sent to me before they did. Had plenty of time to correct the problem. I can not use a supplier who doesn't care. Buyers beware. 13 days to get Item filled and sent to me and them knowing it was the wrong item anyways.
