  Authentic Yoshi's Story N64 cartridge arrived with a torn back label that had been partially patched with scotch tape, while the listing showed a fully intact back label. Upon contacting the seller, they confirmed I received the correct item, but that it must have been damaged during the packaging phase. They offered a partial refund (to keep) or a full refund (to return). I opted for the latter.

  Great value! Excellent packing (though I do so hate packing-peanuts! 😅). Fast shipping time. Item arrived as described and matched the photos. Maybe a little too fast on the shipping though; The device was not charged at all or factory reset, and Windows was PIN protected resulting in needing to do a cloud restore. Nothing that couldn't be solved easily and within an hour or so. I'm very happy with the purchase overall. A+ Seller, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Thanks.

  Quick turn around time with this seller. My package had clearly been shipped and packaged well, however UPS had other plans - they seemingly dropped the fragile package right on the corner end and the monitor was damaged. Thankfully, this seller provided me with a full refund within 24 hours and did not require me to ship the package back.

  I returned the phone as it was no longer needed. It was intended to replace my gfs water damaged phone, but her insurance replaced it first so I has to send this one back. That said, Paymore was gracious in helping with the return and processed the refund in real-time, even fixing a snafu with the shipping that I caused. As a person who did CS myself for years, I was highly satisfied with the very personable folks who helped me out and will shop with them in the future. Thanx again for the help!
