  Shipped very quickly. Loved the color combo but unfortunately when it arrived it didn’t fit. Seller was amazing and accepted the return. I had it in the mail a few days later and upon receiving it back the seller issued a full refund.

  The item was as exactly as described. I would not have found this level of quality with my specific size. The packaging was not bad at all but considering the fact that it did not come with shoetrees, it might have been better packaging if some crushed/folded papers were inserted. In total, my purchase was valuable one. Thanks for the deal and I will cherish this.

  The seller contacted me regarding the issue with the tie. He was extremely apologetic and offered a full refund and keep the tie. I felt that was kind but unnecessary. Problems happen, but how you handle the problem defines your character. This seller did everything he could to make it right. I truly appreciate his effort. I will buy from him in the future.
