The packaging looked slightly worn but not more than expected for an item no longer in production and likely many years old. The price seemed reasonable for a discontinued item. There was a slight (2 days) delay in delivery but not an obstacle for us since the a/c unit was our upstairs unit. When it arrived I loaded the batteries and it fit perfectly into the existing base and started the a/c immediately. Overall we are pleased.

It was wrapped in multiple layers of protection, ensuring that no movement occurred inside the packaging, which itself was double-walled and sealed with strong tape. It was a small package within a fortress—no chance of damage, no matter the journey. However, at no fault of the Seller, all edges of the labels on the flow indicator were beginning to curl; small strips of clear packing tape over the labels solved that little hiccup.
