  item just as listed and ordered. Item was posted in good time by the seller but Royal Mail took 10 days to deliver. Not the sellers fault. I would like to thank the seller for their prompt despatch.

  Bought some white plastic curtain hooks from this seller, but they sent the wrong item. In fact they sent metal screw in hooks for stretch wire or for pictures. I messaged the seller days ago, but havnt had the decency to message back. I know the hooks were not very expensive(£2.57), it's the principal about it. Someone in the future may order something more expensive and experience the same problem. I don't usually complain, but on this occasion I felt it needed to be said for future customers.

  Great communication and quick refund. Had to message couple of times to advise that package delivered without contents, as there was damage to one corner of package and seems like 4 tins of polish escaped in transit. Quick resolution. Many thanks
