  The item arrived at least 3 days later than expected but I think this was more than likely due to royal mail than the seller. The item itself is exactly what I wanted so pleased with that . 👍 the seller also responded to my enquiry into my question as to where my item was so that was also good thank you

  I was very pleased to receive the snails in perfect order, very fast delivery with good communication too. The packaging was the best I've had for such an item and included a keep warm pad and full instructions of how to introduce the snails to the aquarium to afford minimum shock. This information would certainly help a novice aquarist care for the livestock with minimum stress to same. 5 stars and I recommend seller.
