  My package arrived as timely as it could have. I am very satisfied with the packaging and the product is exactly how it was described- in mint condition and new with tags. This was the first time I have purchased something off of eBay and I am impressed with my experience!

  The item is beautiful, however I was not able to ask ANY questions about the item till I agreed to buy it . Not good customer service . The seller also listed as make an offer. I made an offer within the guidelines suggested. I got a counter offer for the buy it now price . If the seller ONLy wanted a buy it now price , that’s what they should have listed .Aside from all that I love the sweater

  Seller was very swift to reach out and update me on the whereabouts of my purchase. They made sure to check if everything was to my expectation when my package arrived. There was even a hand written letter and my package was well protected from any potential weather damage. Shipping cost was a little high but that's to be expected internationally. Overall, good experience.
