  Item described was New with original packaging however a week after ordering i received the item bubble wrapped with the chord attached, no instruction manual and no original packaging. Was advised by seller when questioned that they had "ran out" of items with original packaging. This should have been conveyed to me before dispatching item to give me more time to source an item that was more fitting to what i was looking for to give as a gift. Refund was offered but this is not appropriate now.

  Great Product and quick response from the seller. I was dissapointed in delivery by Aus Post. I live less than 30 minute drive from the supplier, yet after the parcel arrived at Aus Post Melbourne the day after I placed the order, it took 2 weeks to be delivered to my home. Only after an online chat with Aus Post, did I get any updates. Allegedly the parcel ended up in Sydney before being returned to Melborne. It was upsetting to not have a TV in my lounge for 2 weeks.
