  Asked seller to combine postage on 2 items. No response - just a request to complete purchase because items were already packed and ready for dispatch. Arrived in 2nd-hand packaging with both items in the same box. Beware P&P gouging.

  The purchase went through automatically, so we were not give the opportunity to combine, then the customer left negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to assist.

  Item wasn’t as described or as seen in advert, item looks immaculate in the photo delivery company took a photo when they arrived of the part to being in very bad shape, they offered a 20% refund but thats still no use to me the part requires a lot of work to be how it should, there comment was you should have collected it some people arnt in any position to collect.

  The item was listed with detail pics, also any amount pics, & video available pre purchase with pleasure The item was listed collection only too, The price was less then £100 far less then others listed, on contact we requested return and offered a full refund or a discount was offered No response was made just bad feedback left The item was used but perfectly usable
