  order states that duties and taxes paid at time of purchase......then I get notification from dhl for shipping cost. I will not pay, as order states all was paid up front at time of purchase.....read the ad. Send the glasses, or refund fully. I will bring this up with ebay if need be to resolve this issue.......and the glasses are in canada now.....have been for a while....do not expect further payment. this item also listed as delivered 2 months ago......I only ordered them may 6. SCAM?
