  Wrong item sent, per seller "keep wrong hickory putter as a gift, will send correct one asap." Never received original putter. We communicated to seller he said " there's no pleasing you, so go ahead and complete a refund." I was going to challenge it anyway. I was a first time user of eBay, I will not use it again.

  It arrived late but not the sellers fault. I was disappointed as the pic's did not show the crack in the handle was as extensive as it is but I would have bought it anyway. I'm satisfied with my purchase. AAA+++
