  The item was shipped later than indicated by seller -- and was the wrong item. It was poorly packaged and I'm surprised it survived the journey. I immediately communicated to the seller that I'd received the wrong item and she chose not to respond. I returned the item, wrapping it in layers of bubble wrap and nested boxes. The seller waited until three hours after the deadline to issue the refund with absolutely no communication. Poorly done I say.

  The seller had great customer service and the shipping cost was reasonable. The shipping speed was fast but the handbag was not as described. There were more ink marks on the outside of the bag than in the description and there were many more marks inside the bag than shown in the photos or provided in the description. I would not have purchased the bag had that information been provided.
