    I Wish all eBay sellers were as efficient as this seller was. Fast Delivery. Item exactly as described. The outer box was a bit crumpled but the package was in a Jiffy type padded envelope. This item was in perfect new condition and worked perfectly. A nice handy tool for Ethernet diagnostic tests. A reasonable quality item for the cost. Easy to use and very easy to see and understand. Easy to read the large display screen, creating a pleasant appearance all round.

    I received this item and it did not match its description. It came with no plug or power cable and was unusable. The packaging was torn up and bashed. The item had dust all over it. I asked for refund and waited around 5 days for a response and a further 3 days for a refund. The seller never messaged me back. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS and do not buy from this seller.

    Bought a black bugaboo butterfly stroller that was advertised as “brand new in box”. Item arrived in box but it was the wrong colour (which I didn’t mind) but it had already been opened and tampered with as the seat inlay was missing! Contacted seller who told me they would contact their distributor and get me the seat inlay. Never heard from them again despite chasing them several times! Would never purchase anything from them again as I now have to spend an extra £50 for a seat inlay!
