  The shipping was quick, the item well packaged. There was no difference in the ad and the product, it honestly may have been cuter in person. It was a tad on the expensive side as I found that these were selling for $10-15 retail, but I understand supply and demand as well as needing to make a profit. I’m not upset with the price and honestly would purchase from this seller again if the need arose!

  This seller is customer service oriented, honest, and responsive. I received an item which was different than what was described and pictured on the website (an outdated version of a lesson book vs. updated version), so I put in a return request. The seller promptly responded, acknowledged their mistake, and issued a refund. I was impressed by their honesty and quick resolution to the problem, and would have no qualms about buying from them in the future or recommending this seller to others.
