    Arrived in good time. Exactly as described. Many thanks. The packaging was - you'd have thought - perfectly adequate: a stiff card-backed envelope with the words "Please do not bend" printed across it in big red letters. Royal Mail PLC®™ bent it anyway, but luckily the envelope was bigger than the first day cover inside it, so they failed to damage that.
