  Item packaged well and shipped with speed. Item came exactly as described but the lighting of the pictures made it difficult to determine how used on pictures alone. Very happy experience though! Amazing seller and can’t believe I found this item!! I do recommend this seller. A++

  NOT AS DESCRIBED- After I purchased it, I realized from the pics that it was not a full sized warmer as it says in the title. I contacted seller, asked to cancel but it had been shipped already so seller said couldn’t do a cancellation. Didn’t offer a return option for when it arrived either. Seller stated the photos showed the fact that it is a plug-in variety + not full sized warmer- Poor customer service + false advertising tbh. Won’t buy from again needless to say. Was supposed to be a gift
