  The seller's behaviour has been disgraceful. I paid over $870 for a pair of shoes and received them with severe scratches. This is supposed to be a brand-new pair of shoes. The seller described them as being in excellent, like-new condition, but failed to mention a very visible defect. Furthermore, she has not responded to my message.
