I loved the neat and cute packaging, decorative shredded paper and stickers, plus the extra birch bow was a lovely surprise. Extra body parts and samples were packed separately and beautifully. The doll itself is high quality, soft hair, only a few loose strands and one ear slightly unglued but easy to fix.
