There was a problem with one of the bulbs not burning due to damage I believe from shipping and the seller is sending me a new bulb at no cost. I quickly alerted the seller and had to cancel my order, to then re-order it to my correct address (I still had my old address in the system). Everything went well for the cancellation (it was easier than I thought!), all communication on Ebay and the seller went well and I did get my headlights promptly too. Thank you for helping me along after I had panicked.

First they sent me two pair of H11 Led headlight bulbs when it was suppose to be one pair of H11 low beam headlights and one pair of H9 high beam headlights! So I contacted the seller about the issue, and they responded that they knew that they had sent two pairs of H11 cause they fit and I responded that my mechanic had said it's important for my vehicle to have H9 for the high beams! Then the seller sent me picture of an H9 for an extra $10!!!!!! 😡😡😡
