However the window silhouette was shipped in its original box inside a plastic bag with no extra padding. The box was crushed to the point that the item’s cord plug broke through the box. Might have been what miraculously kept the whole item from breaking. Item still works. Seller apologized for inconvenience and said would report my concern for the need for sturdier packaging.
