    The seller has answered pretty quickly, and shipped out an item fast. The only thing is that he just resells the item, so it came in an Amazon packaging and when I looked it up on Amazon it was 15 dollars cheaper.

    We had a problem with the shipper and I didn't receive the items. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded. We tried to resolve the issue but didn't make any headway with the shipper. The seller promptly gave me a choice of re-shipping them or a refund which at this time I was in desperate need of the item and chose the refund option. They immediately sent me the refund as well as apologizing. I will definitely do business with this seller again as I feel they went above & beyond

    Disappointed that this order was from a drop shipper. The shipping was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, so I asked the seller to cancel the order. They stated they couldn’t because it was “processing “. I gave a neutral rating because the socks are nice and as described. However, I would not order from this seller in the future.
