  My Build-A-Bear that I ordered came in as described. However, I was a little bummed out about the packaging. It was put in a small package and basically folded in half and just shoved into said package. Which caused a little bit of creasing and bending. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase

  Hi! I sent the Build-A-Bear in a 14x12 polymailer to keep shipping at a reasonable cost for buyers. Sorry to hear it was creased, it should come back to life after being out of the package for a few hours. Take care :)
