  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The seller shipped my plush late and only shipped it after I reached out to them asking about it. When I finally received my package, instead of a 30cm plush as stated in the item description, I received a small keychain. I reached out to the seller to try and get the item I paid for several times, but they ignored me. They have a terrible rating for a reason. Don’t waste your time and money with this scammer!

  Im giving a neutral feedback because I ended up getting a refund. After ordering, the seller sent me a message telling me there would be a delay in the shipment and they would be happy to refund my purchase if I wasnt happy with that. Which is all good. I asked multiple time what the delay would be, to eventually ask for the refund weeks later and didnt get a response. They didnt answer my cancel request. I eventually had to go through an ebay agent to communicate with them to get my refund.

  don't buy from them. they never responded to any of my messages despite me sending them one almost every week. they constantly delayed the shipping date over & over, it took 53 days for me to finally be able to issue a refund thanks to eBay support. this is a SCAM shop, stay far away!
