  I purchased this teapot; however, the seller tried to ship me a cheaper teapot. I not only received a completely different one but also a cracked teapot. I contacted the seller asked for returning this teapot. The seller told me that he needs to raise some money before he could refund my money. The seller did not keep his promises. i had to ask eBay stepping in for helping me get my refunds. I will never buy anything from this seller again.
