  I ordered front and rear brake pads for my motorbike. Package arrived promptly 2 days later but only the front pads were included. With trepidation I contacted the seller via e Bay portal.....Great customer service from Colin.....sent the missing items the very next day. A mistake, quickly and efficiently rectified.... Fair play to the seller.

  Good kits for bike. Give you everything you need for a service. Unfortunately the filter was damaged in transit but contacted seller and they are sending a new one. Good customer service. Price is good value. well wrapped but might have been better in a box.

  The item arrived in time ,it is as described in listing but unfortunately a couple of the plates were damaged , after messaging the seller a couple of times about what can be done the seller suggested a replacement which was good, I am very pleased the replacement arrived very fast,the seller went one step further and instead of replacing the couple of damaged parts which is what I was expexting they sent a complete clutch kit. this is good after sales customer care ,thanks again

  Unfortunately I didn’t receive the product due to problems with Canadian post but communication was fantastic and they offered me a refund straight away I never had to ask I waited for a bit for part and they kept messaging me offering a refund so thank you very much .had parts in the past and never had a problem before and when I have they sorted it out straight away … highly recommend

  Arrived super fast and exactly as described, i installed the parts on my bike yesterday and have done 70 miles since, bike is riding smoothly and shifting very nicely, also arrived well packaged, i think a very good price also, just got to make the most of cheap parts before i get my big bike 🤣, either way thankyou very much for keeoing me on the road!
