  They listed four plates available. That’s how many I needed so I placed the order. They sent three. I complained and they refunded me for one plate. Since an incomplete set was not useful to me, I had to go through eBay to get a complete refund. Big hassle. I would not have ordered if I’d known there were only three plates available. I hope this seller does a better job in future of being transparent on listings and communicating if when they are not able to send what they listed.

  The plate I ordered had been broken prior to shipping. The seller promptly let me know about the situation and immediately issued a refund, no hassles at all. Some sellers would have been trying to convince me to accept something else. I appreciate the ease of dealing with this seller.

  2 plates listed - so I ordered both. When the package arrived, only ONE plate. Tried to contact the seller, NO answer. Opened a request - I only received one, ordered and paid for two. Asked the seller again to send me the other plate, still NO answer. Suddenly a refund (half). Case closed as solved....?!? NOW they tell me that one plate had been broken prior to shipping. I wish they told me before shipping, because I dont want one - and now no returns....?!? Read old reviews - a pattern...??

  Shipped very quickly and the mug looked just like the picture! The seller put a lot of care into the packaging, it was very secure so there was no way it could’ve broken. I would buy from this seller again!

  The plates were exactly as described and one was damaged and the seller caught it and discounted the other 3 to a great price and shipped those. I could not have asked for a better solution. They arrived quickly and were very well packed. I would highly recommend this seller
