  Misleading Listing Wrong Item Received, No Response from Seller I received an item, but it was not what was shown in the pictures or described in the listing. The product was completely different and not what I paid for. After reaching out to the seller multiple times, I got no reply. Very disappointing and untrustworthy behavior I do not recommend buying from this seller.

  The item for sale was listed as a shock absorber with the part number of the shock absorber shown in the title of the listing. The photo showed the shock absorber still attached to the subframe with hubs and steering. The buyer complained that he did not receive the complete front subframe. In addition to the decription, the price reflected the cost of the shock absorber and delivery to Germany at just 29.00 GBP would indicate to any reasonable person that the whole subframe was not included.

  Outstanding service and extremely fast delivery. Unfortunately the item I got was not suitable, my fault, no fault of the seller. Item returned, just awaiting the refund but what great service from these people.
