  Seller demonstrated little care, consideration and poor professionalism shipping item in a used pizza box to buyer. When contacted and asked to consider using real packing material in the future rather than used food packaging, the seller was condescending, and responded indifferently. Seller felt they did nothing wrong and said this was how they shipped items for the past 12 years. Seller said the pizza box, which still had grease and cutting-wheel marks, was from her dinner the previous day.

  I am sorry this buyer feels recycling and/or reusing whenever possible is a sign of unprofessional behavior. I did attempt to explain my desire to recycle or reuse whenever possible. The buyer did receive their purchased item clean and free of damage. I do take offense with the statement that the box still contained grease and pizza wheel marks. A box with that damage would not have been used.
