But they were extremely communicative and helpful, even going as far as filing a missing mail request on my behalf. Amazingly, my package arrived the very next day, exactly as described.   My experience with this seller was 100% positive, she rushed my order, refunded my shipping when FedEx dropped the ball, communication / responses immediate, the dress was brand new in perfect pressed condition, wrapped in tissue in new box, I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely buy from Farrah again!

  Communication was excellent! The packaging was perfect for the dress, which was as described. Very good value! Shipping as quick. I know you have to pay for shipping costs and I don’t like to, however it seemed reasonable.
