  Shorts were well packaged and newer than I expected. Item listed as navy blue but they seem black to me and look identical in color to a black pair I already own. Wish they were navy but not mad about more black shorts. Shipping drop off took forever - had to message seller a reminder and then they shipped right away. Communication could’ve been better but over all a positive experience.

  It was actually a 60mm cutter, but no issue since I needed one of those too. Beyond that the cutter was in new condition and I appreciated the seller making it a great deal. Package was really damaged and was well packed for shipping. This was still a great Ebay bargain and appreciate being able to get it. 5 star Ebay seller *****
