  I ordered the chess set with delivery to Czech Republic (Central Europe). The seller contacted me with apologies and told me that both the item price and its postage should have been higher. I was willing to cooperate but even after several messages I was not sure how much am I expected to pay and why. Eventually, I gave up trying to understand it and just sent extra £72. The set arrived safely and it is well-crafted and beautiful, including board and box, but the communication was depressing.

  We tried to help you in every way we could and communicated with you. You should have used the e bays Global shipping programme. The problem is the selection and size of the goods matters and so does the shipping.

  Arrived on time. Bit disappointed as the colour in the listing is a nice dark ruby red. But the actual pieces are much lighter. That said very nice set. Would buy from seller again.
