  I ordered a bracelet and unfortunately it got lost in the post. I contacted them and had a reply straightaway. They reordered my bracelet and sent it out tracked. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

  Wow, just wow. From start to finish with my order I was hugely valued as a customer. The seller had a large international order meaning the colour I had ordered was out of stock for a week. The seller was hugely apologetic, amazing communication throughout and made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. I have received my order and the quality, appearance and value is more than I expected. The clips are brilliant quality and the engraving is absolutely spot on. Amazing all around.

  Despite arriving very late the quality of the patches were worth waiting for. I did initially contact seller regarding my purchase as it was severely delayed getting to me but before anything was done they turned up. Allow extra time for postage as this has been the case with this seller a lot previously. Can't knock the quality of the products however. They more than make up for the delay in receiving the items and I've bought several off of this seller in the past for that very reason.

  What a great seller ! Item was posted promptly, but due to Royal Mail they didn’t arrive for two weeks . Customer service from Connie was 5*+ , communication was excellent and she arranged a replacement to be sent , great service that was greatly appreciated - thank you ! Items were perfect for my requirements and highly recommend them and the seller .

  After a lost shipment through Royal Mail, this company contacted me directly offering an alternative with an upgrade and recorded delivery. The customer service was fab, the alternatives were great quality and look great!
