Shipping stopped for about 3 weeks until I messaged the seller mysteriously after I message this seller the shipping track begin to start to moving again and I finally received my order close to 2 weeks after I contacted the seller.

Seller offered me $2.80 on a $28.00 order saying they may lose money but somehow think me losing all my money on receiving something I don't want and can't use is somehow ok if they give $2.80 cents. I told them no. Then they tell me to pay for shipping and they will reimburse shipping and payment. Again, no. I send my customers shipping labels if they need to return or refund them. This person(s) does not care about anything but money. Good luck
