  When the package arrived there were two pieces that were damaged during shipping. Contacted the seller and was able to get replacements sent out and received within a week. Great seller awesome communications. Would do business with again.

  Shipping took too long, but this was posted by seller and I should have known because of the type of item I ordered. I had to cancel the order. Seller was very understanding and communicative and refunded me in full. A couple of days later I made a different purchase from this seller because they did right by me with the first purchase.   Items arrived quickly and were in good condition . However contacting the seller by phone was exasperating. First two 800 numbers on the website - one is apparently disconnected. Working number in Chattanooga put me into a phone tree - no one answered in sales - no one answered in parts. So if you know your part you can order online but if you need help - forget them.
