  The shoes looked like the soles had never touched the floor! Extremely well packaged, wrapped and taped inside and out, with a very thoughtful, hand-written "Thank You" card, done in fancy script, using multiple ink colors. Just that EXTRA touch that says she cares about her customers, not just the sale!..Package even arrived a day early! Such a delightful surprise! GREAT value; product even better than described; very well packaged; extra touch that says "I care". What more could I ask!!
