  I purchased 2 paintings from the seller. The paintings were as described. They were well packed and dispatched quickly. There was a problem with the UK customs, which held them up for a few days. I contacted the sender who quickly replied that he would reimburse me any extra costs I had to pay. After a few days I got a letter from Parcelforce requesting payment of extra VAT. I did this and the parcel was delivered next day. As soon as I reported the extra payment to the sender, eBay repaid me.

  Few problems with eBay not disclosing the carrier to pay the customs charges. However arrived in good time. Well packaged. The items were as described. The seller was faultless. I wish him good fortune for the future.
