  Watch arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. The seller offered a small discount on an already fair price. The watch, box and papers appeared new although the warranty card had been previously completed. The seller was responsive to this situation and attempted to transfer the IWC passport to me - a common occurrence in gray market buying. The watch appears authentic and works perfectly so far. I would definitely buy from this this seller again based simply on their customer service.
