  Watch arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. The seller offered a small discount on an already fair price. The watch, box and papers appeared new although the warranty card had been previously completed. The seller was responsive to this situation and attempted to transfer the IWC passport to me - a common occurrence in gray market buying. The watch appears authentic and works perfectly so far. I would definitely buy from this this seller again based simply on their customer service.

  Very good communication, reply within minutes, the item is brand new with original box and booklets, the look on wrist is amazing. The merchant did a well inspecting before sending me the item and found scratches the first time and ordered a new watch from Swiss for me. It arrived within 3 weeks.   Purchased a new Omega Seamaster Diver Paris Olympics. Came in brand new condition, just as described, the watch still had all the stickers intact. Came in original box with all packaging just as if I bought it from a boutique. Seller responded quickly to questions. Shipped same day to the eBay authenticator and I received the watch within a couple days of purchasing. The whole process went very smoothly between the seller and eBay.
