  Exactly as pictured and described. Shipped out extremely quickly and was very well padded and wrapped with care by seller. I could cry with joy to receive this music box. My grandparents owned one just like it when I was a kid but it was lost. I'm so happy to have replaced it and appreciate the extra care the seller took sending it out. Great price for this particular Putz item, too. It's been nearly impossible to find this model and in decent shape when I have. Thank you!

  You live in Australia and purchased the least expensive, hard to find 2019 Hallmark porcelain ornament on USA Ebay. The well-packed $6.40 I charged for shipping was very reasonable. It arrived safely and you completed your collection.

  I ordered a mug and through NO fault of the seller, it was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I got a response within a few minutes and received a full refund for the item. Shipping/delivery was fast as per tracking info, but due to error by USPS I did not receive it. This seller was very gracious, helpful, and understanding. I truly appreciate it as this was to be a gift for my husband. Thank you.
