  Long story short: FedEx missed an easy dunk, and the items I purchased are lost forever. The seller worked with FedEx to either track down the package or get the full cost of the items and shipping refunded, and today she refunded to me the full amount that I paid. She's a fair and ethical person, and I would absolutely do business with her again. It was just a bad turn of luck, and she worked diligently to make it right.
