  Grace is an amazing seller, very friendly and incredibly accommodating. I only needed one out of the five piece set she was selling. Grace agreed and gave me her price. She then honored my counter offer! On top of all that, she agreed to hold it for a couple of days until my eBay gift card arrived. (So Kind) My item was wrapped with extra care and shipped quickly, arriving safely…. and so beautiful! Thank you Grace❣️ I highly recommend this seller, and I will use her again!!!

  -Great communication from seller -Once it was shipped it was here (seller shipped days later though) -Came in packaged (wasn’t damaged) - Was worth the wait though (value was cool) -Was exactly as described (bigger than I thought, good thing) Only thing that I can say is it took a couple days for seller to shipped out but I’m not too worried about that as it came in

  This was shipped but one of the mugs broke in transit, seller immediately offered a partial refund or to return one of them. I took the partial refund. Was very easy to deal with, item was as described and price was ok too and I'm happy with my transaction. Thank you!

  Item arrived quickly. Packed well for shipping & arrived undamaged. Item was just as seller described - new in box - actually still with the factory seals on the box! Perfect for going with my new Lenox table linens. Definitely a worthy investment that will last for years to come.
