  Ordered kits for Stihl km55r and talked to seller before purchase , seller was quick to respond and very helpful . Parts arrived quick and packaged very nice and protected and each kit in its own container is further protection . Excellent quality and condition upon arrival . Overall great value for the money . I will continue to use seller and recommend them to others .

  The first package I received had a TV remote in it ??? but I immediately message the seller and they said they would correct the error. After sending pictures of the remote they then said they would sent me the correct items I had ordered, which was the Air Fuel Filter Spark Plug Primer Bulb For Stihl FS90 FS100 FS110 FS130 Trimmer. The seller made it right the only issue I had was I ordered it on JULY 27th and by the time I received the correct item it was AUG 12th.

  Over all my experience with this company was professional. My item came quicker then expected and was well packaged. I did have an issue with the coil now working due to fault or incorrect part. I sent a email to the company in regards to my issue and they were very prompt and professional about the issue and have organised to refund me for the coil out of the kit I purchased. Over my experience with this company was quite pleasant and professional and the quality of the product looks genuine.

  Clutch drums arrived packaged well and as shown and described in the listing. Shipping was typical for usps. You watch your package circle back and forth between locations before you finally get it. No fault of the seller though.

The team at the Chainsaw House were also kind enough to reach out to see if I had any issues with my order (I did not).
