  Items were just as described and pictured. RattyVintage was great at communicating. There was a shipping mishap, but that was post office's fault not the shops. The packaging was done really well and everything came intact. Highly recommend purchasing from her.

  Seller was quick to respond to messages and very friendly! The dragon is in great shape and exactly as it appeared in the photos. The packaging was great with plenty of bubble wrap and cushioning, especially around the more delicate areas of the statue. I would absolutely buy again from this seller!

  Extremely poor service, shipped 2 weeks after purchased. No communication whatsoever from seller. Had to involve eBay to find out what was happening. Seller finally offered a weak explanation but no apology. Painting was well packaged and exactly as described when it finally arrived.
