  The wrong cartridge was sent - it was standard size, not XL. I contacted the vendor and they agreed to a return and refund straight away. Certainly can't fault them for that and I was able to purchase an XL cartridge elsewhere for £5.00 cheaper - result!

  Item delivered was not as described (a girl's toy came instead). Contacted seller, who said there was a labelling error. Returns process was smooth, and the right product was despatched, along with extra as an apology. Everybody makes mistakes, but the seller rectified it quickly, so fair dos. Will use again if opportunity arises.

  Loctite always of good quality .New condition ,fair price and fast delivery. Not exactly as advertised as ordered a dedicated plastic glue and received a general purpose type that also sticks plastic. Thanks.

  This item arrived on time and in good condition as it was parcelled securely. The quality of the hp ink refills is excellent and really good value for money. I would recommend this seller and the 305 hp ink (black and colour) refill to all. Excellent product excellent seller. A 5 star seller and product.
